Formed in 1987, Professional Property Management (PPM) manages in excess of 9,300 units in over 230 affordable housing properties owned by Star-Holdings and third parties in more than 150 cities in ten states.

At PPM, we believe in a “hands-on approach” to managing property. We are organized to achieve results on the actual property site, giving you benefits you may not achieve with another management team. As experienced owners and managers, we know how and what to focus upon to produce successful results. We intensely monitor leasing activities, curb appeal, site staff, property inspections, LIHTC compliance, and all the other issues that are critical to successful property management.

PPM provides comprehensive partnership management functions for owners of investment real estate. These include accounting, government and regulatory reporting, oversight of tax returns, financing, and investor relations.
